Terms of service.

These terms cover the free account, the paid guides, and the planning services. They are written to be read; where the law gives you stronger rights than anything here, the law wins.

Who you are dealing with

Wanderally is operated by Chiara Folci, an independent professional based in Barcelona, Spain. Contact: hello@wanderally.com.

The free account

Sign up with an email address and you get the free starter guide, your personalized checklist, and a place that remembers your progress. It costs nothing and you can ask us to delete it whenever you like. Keep your sign-in links to yourself; anyone with the link is you, as far as the site can tell.

Guides

Paid guides are digital content, read on this site inside your account. One purchase means access for you, personally, for the life of the site, including every future update to that guide. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. Guides are not downloadable files and may not be copied, resold or shared; they are written for one traveller at a time, and that traveller is you.

Withdrawal. When you buy a guide you get access immediately. By checking out you expressly agree to that immediate delivery and acknowledge that, under EU consumer rules on digital content, you thereby lose the 14 day right of withdrawal. If a guide is genuinely broken for you, write anyway; being decent about problems is house policy.

Pick my brain

A one hour video call plus a written recap within 24 hours. Reschedule freely up to 24 hours before the call. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice are refunded in full; inside 24 hours the slot is burned and the fee is kept, because the calendar is small.

The concierge

• The quote comes from the calculator on the Plan with me page and is agreed in writing before anything starts.
• Planning fees cover the design of the trip. Bookings are made at cost, on your own card, in your own name; Wanderally is not a travel agency, a tour operator, or a party to your contracts with airlines, hotels or anyone else.
• On-call days run over WhatsApp, 8:00 to 20:00 Barcelona time, with same-day answers. It is not an emergency service; local emergency numbers are in your pack.
• Availability is limited and confirmed before payment, not after.

Sensible limits

Guides and advice are prepared with care and in good faith, but travel decisions, and the trips themselves, are yours. To the extent the law allows, Wanderally is not liable for what third parties (airlines, hotels, venues, weather, life) do or fail to do. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

The boring but true

Content on this site belongs to Wanderally; personal use is welcome, republication is not. These terms are governed by Spanish law; consumers keep any mandatory protections of their home country. The EU online dispute resolution platform lives at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If a term changes materially, account holders hear about it by email before it applies.
